Practical or pathetic? Empty Practical or pathetic?

Post  RunawayTrain Wed Jan 02, 2008 12:21 am

After nearly 7 days of not speaking to my spousal unit, I finally broke down last night and gave in...but not because I wanted to make up with him...and not because I felt badly about fighting. Truth is, it was New Year's Eve, the little tax write-offs were at the in-laws' for the night...and I had a HUGE craving for chicken marsala from The Olive Tree.

Now that my craving has been satisfied, I'd rather not speak to him again.

Practical or pathetic? Question

Isn't everything we do to get something else? Like don't we go to work to get paid? It's not like most of us want to.

I too vote practical.
