Hoping

I just keep hoping for things to get better for me. It's not like it's all bad here- but it's not good either. I feel like I am starving for love. I get NO affection here and it sometimes actually physically hurts. I'm starving for it sometimes. Other times I'm fine- I am learning (I hope) to be a tougher person. I am making progress on things to change things. I know no matter what it will be hard- I will be lonely and sad- there will be tears- but I have to get in a place where I am open to meeting the right person- or at least being stronger myself. I have to make a change. I am not getting younger and things will not resolve themselves- I have hoped they would and they have not- so its time. Wish me luck!
